Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped via USPS. Larger orders may ship via UPS or FedEx. Shipping methods are determined solely at the discretion of Strategik Brands. Shipping weights and costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-7 business days from the time the order is placed. We ARE NOT liable for delays in shipments as shipping schedules are estimates and CANNOT be guaranteed. If for some reason we cannot ship your products within thirty (30) days, we will provide you with notice and an estimate of time for delivery. We may also offer you a substitute of goods (at our discretion) to maintain your order. International orders are subject to delays in Customs. Please note that all International orders are packed and labeled per USPS requirements before leaving our warehouse and we are not liable for such delays.

Lost Packages or wrong addresses: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES, IF PACKAGE TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, WE WILL TREAT AS IF PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED. NO EXCUSE. WE OFFER SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR A NOMINAL FEE UPON CHECKOUT.
